It sees things in the heart. When you capture the heart of complex experience, you have arrived at insight and often at ways forward. The discipline is to hold complexity and simplicity together. The art is to capture both in an ah-hah image.“

not just in business.
Polarity management
is about harnessing
the dynamics of friction for good.
Sparking synergy.
…creative potential.
Embracing difference carries creative potential.
Haiku 2 On ecological transformation
According to the UN, military-level action
needed for system change, ecologically. Such urgency
Globally.
And in China and in Finland…
Hybridness: A strength in China.
Logic framework allows the embracing of contradiction, even paradox.
Karsaklian (2016) speaks of China as the land of paradox management.
Hybridness is a key for the transition, I believe
Yet, in Finland, the lack of a “hybrid culture” is a weakness.
Logic framework level difficulty.
Haiku Pause — What can I do to help this Finnish context weakness?
Write, organise events and do podcasts…
(across ecosystems?) yes.
Knowledge creation about hybrid identities (tcks, ccks)
as a stepping stone across this river of challenge.
The art of balancing cultural differences on an individual level.
If it is possible on the personal level, and in business …. ie in startup culture creation (a company “third culture” that combines diverse cultural elements) then it is also possible on a societal level.

In the context of the climate issue
I am seeking to offer a paradox management view, or in other words, a panoramic view.
Polarities are ok
Balance the contradictions
Manage the paradox.
Been doing this all my life –
Balancing the contradictions of global living
Living in-between and momentously also “among”
Three languages and
cultural spheres.
Now apply this to International Relations.
